Executive Mentoring


Newly promoted executives and new appointees to senior roles needs to be mentored so that they are fully aligned with the organisation's objectives and expectations and be effective in their new roles. Evidence suggests mentoring makes the learning curve sharp. Mentoring is done in-person to start with and may be switched to online mode at appropriate time. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the process of mentoring and post engagement as well.
